Well - got ours from Amazon (via USPS no less) about two hours ago). I find it odd that there's no "What's gone before" synopsis in these things - they waste something like 10 pages at the end for various procedural things (colophone, "abouts" and so forth) you think they could have spent four or five pages reminding us of what's been going on.
Not everybody lives and breathes these books. ;^) I, for one, find myself unable to retain the stories very well (perhaps because I read the first four in one lump). We'll go to the movies and I'll be poking my wife and saying "did that happen in the book?"
