Not a bad idea.  The regimental crest is a pin over the right breast on the 
uniform or in the shield on the beret.  The Washington Artillery is the only 
unit I know that uses a different crest from the parent unit.  Part of that is 
because of the distinguished history of the unit, but much of it is that we had 
some extremely well placed advocates in Washington DC in the early 70s when the 
heraldry was being reconsidered for all National guard units.

I am thinking of moving the crest to below the menu and stretching the 
organization name across the top of the content area.  I can make it take lest 
verticle real estate that way and the crest will no longer govern the height of 
the title section.
