Not really. She has been on the very short list since the first rumblings of retirement for Renquist. Her creds have been posted and circulated for months, now.
I don't think she is necessarily a bad choice. We'll see how anti Roe she is. That will be a shame if she is the deciding vote to overturn that monumental decision.
