I forgot to post my sources for what I said about the different physical development of the brain among different cultures. The basics are in a book from my advanced psych class on learning theory. I'll dig up the book when I get home Friday. I'm not proposing any racial theory that one race is better or worse than another, just what's been stated medically about brain development. That being said, I have to stress that the more stimuli a person is exposed to the more the brain absorbs and processes. Brain development is strongest in childhood and it is imperative that a parent train and teach their children. Give them as much information as they want, answer all their questions and expose them to many ideas, images, sounds, etc. If done right, then you can raise a genius that can help change the world for the better.
