ummm, I'm on paxil.

I used to find that shooting helped, but I almost never get to do that
anymore.

I like drinking, but recently discovered I should only do that at home.

Lots of sex.  Sex releases a lot of chemicals that make you a happier and
healthier person.

Every so often it's good to throw on the boots and get it the pit :)

I find that sometimes just laying and watching TV with my kids helps also.
