Does it matter how the search results are displayed? Reason I ask is 
that your site can have a simple form which submits to Google or Yahoo 
and displays in the standard Google or Yahoo page... the key is to add 
"site:momandpopstore.com" or whatever to the query to restrict results 
to your particular site. Works across both engines.

If you want results displayed in your own template then that's trickier, 
but does adding a domain qualifier to a standard web search. Relevant...?
