How I started was to start with a site redesign - and slowly figured
out, with the aide of both books and sites, how to set things up using
CSS. It took a while but I think its worth it. Instead of having to
rework a layout to accomodate a new navigation bar link, now its just
a matter of putting in an extra list item.
