ARG, As I said - this was a stupid question.
I keep forgetting that my Norton is more than AV, it is also a firewall. The second I turned it off, everything worked. I'm so sorry for wasting folks time - and I appreciate the help. Now I just have to figure out how to configure Norton to let me machines on my LAN on. Again - sorry folks!
