Paul Thurrott's SuperSite for Windows has the best coverage I've seen so 
far, as usual:

It's looking more and more like an upgrade to XP versus any super new 
features, at least in this release. Beta 2's supposed to have the major 
bells and whistles.

IE7 is completely and totally underwhelming, it's basically IE6 upgraded to 
Firefox's feature-set. I think it's pitiful of Microsoft, but necessary and 
not a surprise at all. (I've haven't heard much about CSS support though)
