Drove past it last evening. Do so the same everyday. Some of the passengers hitched a ride from people on the 401 highway. Of course when I drove by, I saw a fair share of rubber neckers and the resultant accidents. Some people had their windows rolled down in the traffic jam even with the strong acrid smell in the air.
