I am sorry, but I am afraid I am going to need more evidence then a friend of a friend.
I am having trouble with things like the logistics and time it would take to empty the park also the cost even for Billy G. would be prohibitive for a spur of the moment lark. And the publicity to the park, would day to day managers really have the authority to do something like that, without warning and planning. I'm sure something like this could have been arranged ahead of time. My wife regularly went to Disney Land for "Target Nights." Where only Target employees and there families where allowed into the park.
