Not sure if you are being serious or not...

There are plenty of cases of apartment landlords/handyman types going
into a resident's home unannounced.  There's some value to having
photo evidence of anyone unauthorised in your place, whether it be a
burglar or a creepy landlord.  After having my car broken into outside
my apartment several years ago I toyed with the idea of pointing a
camera at it all night.

Sometimes it pays to be paranoid.  I caught a former employer stealing
code off a personal site I hosted with him (paid hosting) because he
triggered CFMAIL alerts I'd hidden in the code when he ran it.
