19. Take pictures during the process.  Take a picture of how the water
lines flow through the slab.  Take a picture of how the studs are
positioned.  You never know when a leak will happen or when you might
want to modify something and you're not sure what's behind that wall.
20. Talk to the trim guy, ours made shelving, shoe racks, and a
dresser inside our master bedroom closet for next to nothing.
