There are supposed to be checks and balances, organisations that look
out for the rights of consumers. But yes, at the end of the day the
Voting Public are the ones that must stand up and say, enough is
enough.

Software Patents was fought hell hard in Europe, and have not been
completely approved, so there are people in certain parts of the world
that fight for their rights, and win.
