A really good satire of a genre is always nice. Here are some of my
favorites.

"Young Frankenstein" is so freakin' funny. If I drank milk it'd come out my
nose.

"Kung Pow: Enter the Fist" is a very silly film. But a silly film you'll
split your sides laughing at. This is now my six-year old son's favorite
film.

"Airplane" was followed by dozens of poor imitations but never, ever topped.

"Pleasantville" doesn't offer the belly-laughs of the others but is a
heartfelt commentary on the failings of "good old days".

And the one film not to be missed:

"This is Spinal Tap" made the creation of a phony documentary an art form.
It also allowed thousands of no talent hacks (like myself) to craft millions
of lame jokes about turning various things "up to 11".
