Well, there you go.  If you want a stadium convince a local or state
gov't to buy the team.   Problem solved.

Let's solve another sports problem: college sports.  Instead of the
insane way things work today, let's just make college athletes
employees of the college and pay them.  No more scholarships or fake
degrees, you just pay them and let them decide if they want to go to
school or not.

That way you turn the whole thing into a self-sustaining business
that's not subsidized by public money (for public colleges).
