They know the time - but do they know the date? If not then this doesn't matter any more than regular DST (when you have to reset all those ignoramt dateless bastards anyway). And even if they DO know the date do they actual update themselves for DST? If not then this doesn't affect them at all. This is probably eliminates all of the simpler items on the list (clock radio, microwave, etc). Most of my other things either get the time from a centralized source. My computer updates itself and my pocket pc through that. My cable box is updated from the cable company and my DVD player and TV use the time-synch provided by PBS. My cell phone is updated from the service provider and my cordless home phones seem to get the time from the phone company (they have the right time but I've never set them and can't actually find a way to do it).
