I don't recommend paypal for any large-scale site. If you are selling maybe
wicker baskets for the wives of your grandpa's friends at the Eagles Club it
maybe ok. I started using it and built cold fusion code around the links to
control my basket with a database. But it still doesn't give me enough
power.

Most of the sites I develop that use SSL and credit card services are
usually too large for access to be a viable option. As for paypal, I'm more
than a bit hesitant to use them considering some of the stuff I've been
reading about people being burned by Paypal.
