There's no way in Hell that Russia would bomb Iran. Russia needs Iraninan oil and Russia has a history of cooperation with Iran. I also have strong doubts that France or German would either. I think that if push comes to shove the USAF would do the bombing along with, possibly, Britain.
I also think that the Security Council vote will not be unanimous and that, at best, there will be a few abstentions. Probably no nays, however.
