I called a station manager this morning and she was really nice.  She is
going to figure out exactly which station this guy belongs to and speak with
his manager or whatever to take action.  I don't know what the outcome will
be, but I sure do feel better.

If your state has one of those 'adopt a highway' programs where people can
adopt a highway and clean it he should be offered the choice to be fired or
to adopt 5 miles of highway for a year.
