Abu Mazen, who is the head of the Palestinian government and the head of the Fatah Party? The Fatah Party, who has taken credit numerous times for suicide bombings, is run by Abu Mazen. If Abu Mazen is not stopping them from committing murder, then he is responsible. Also -- As he is the head of the Palestinian Authority, and is responsible for both the Oslo, the Y, and the Roadmap Agreements, which say that he has to stop terrorist attacks, and he hasn't stopped the terrorists, disarmed the terrorists, or dismantled their infrastructure, then he is responsible. But wait -- there's more. As the head of the PA, he's the one that has control over the continued incitement to suicide bombing, the continued teaching of hate and desire for suicide bombing, and control over the police, whose job it is (or should be) to stop suicide bombings. So did he send the suicide bombers? Hmm. I don't know. Did Bush physically send every single trooper to Iraq? Responsibility, a word the Palestinians don't seem to understand.
