If you look at the forums, they imply that the guy knew he was being filmed, but didn't realize the films were being shared with anyone. And, they recognize that his symptoms aren't really tourettes-like - just that he's some sort of whack job.
I don't really find the videos all that hilarious - I mean, who hasn't seen some fat dude being pissed off at the world?
