Yes, and thankfully the Groton Subbase is also staying open. Which
means EB will probably also stay open. As will the subschool. Which
means our submarines will continue to be manned by the best trained,
best skilled navy in the world.

That makes a HUGE difference to southeastern CT and southwestern RI.
