Oo!  Good example.

So I'd expect the Chancellor to want to know immediately once somebody
was free to tell him and then to meet with a liaison to determine
what, where, when, how.  He and the liaison would determine on-going
roles and responsibilities.  This would include determining his role
and what type of updates he needed to get.

And then there'd be the follow-ups, lessons learned, etc.
