If you were to drive up Central? Yes, at least one low clearance under the railway bridge downtown. DO not get stuck there, I will not admit to knowing you ;) If you want to drive, take I-40 to Louisiana and go south. It's just past the fairgrounds on your left. I wouldn't try their parking lot, but you'd have a decent shot at on-street parking on Louisiana.
I'd recommend the bus though. Runs every 15 minutes and Louisiana is ALL the way across town.
