Heeeeeyyyy ... I thought I was the official Bush ranter. In Mr. Bush's defense, he hasn't done anything that's not been his right to do, however the fact that he *wants* to do it is the problem. That is, he's pursing regressive policy rather than progressive. Without getting too deep into labor philosophy, business has gone from an industrial revolution to a technology revolution to a creative revolution in about 25 years. That's not enough time for mediocre managers to adapt so you see the wrong people being hired to put out the wrong products. This is despite the obvious meteoric rise of creative people that do adapt and are stomping on the mediocre folks. For example, Google, Apple, etc. (I've heard Google is buying up "dark fiber" to build it's own Internet!) If you've failed to perceive the new reality, you brush off the creative rise as a fluke and hire what you know: mediocre non-adapters. Mr. Bush is such a hire. And, unfortunately for us, he sucked at industrial business too. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Purchase Captivate from House of Fusion, a Macromedia Authorized Affiliate and support the CF community. http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=52 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:171566 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
