I think the Toyota dealer said a replacement key was $350. Don't quote me, but I think that was if you had to get a "replacement". If you still have the second key, I believe they can make a "copy" for considerably less. But I am no mean sure of confident of this statement. I'll ask when I take mine in for its 20K service in the next week.
