I completely agree with him (yes, read it again. I just said that) The looting and lawlessness needs to be dealt with FIRST, since the medical, safety and emergency workers currently cannot help ANYONE.
My question is: Why are the corpses lying around? Are the people themselves not capable of any self discipline and organization? Are there not nearby buildings they could be moved to? Are there not freezers in the building itself? I agree that the outside help has been too slow, but why don't these people stop complaining and DO something? If you've got the energy to bitch about it on camera, then you've got the energy to solve that particular problem yourself.
