Do you think that some way for the buses to travel was just there since day 
one? I do not know but I have to wonder was the flooding preventing any 
ground transportation of that nature for awhile. Or was debri also something 
preventing it. Took roughly 48 hours since the levee broke for buses to 
start their trek, probably just from poor planning but could have been 
because there was avenue for ground transportation as well.
