DC is still pretty expensive though, even with a 60k job...I guess it 
depends on how much you got in debt...I'm carrying 50k in school loans, 
which isn't anywhere near what Isaac has got, but when your student loan is 
over 450/month and your personal credit sucks from a starting up a business 
on an already crappy credit line...you end up going chapter 7 pretty 
quick...even with an 80k job.  Learned that one the hard way... that was 
back when I used to care what people thought....mistake number two.
