The Red Cross was denied access to the Katrina affected areas by FEMA. This 
catastrophy is FEMA's mess, not the Red Cross. Michael Brown, head of FEMA, 
stated "We are not sending anyone in until it is safe. I don't want any more 
victims of this hurricane". He should be taken out and shot.
