Well, i think the waters were already poisoned, and the Dems will win the 
next election almost without question (again, this is just my crazy 
opinion).

The problem is, if they elect a raging liberal, then we are looking at 
another stretch of bitter division and shaky leadership. The majority of 
Americans just aren't raging ANYTHING...they are moderates!

Maybe you're right, maybe the answer is a moderate dressed as a 
liberal......a sheep in wolf's clothing, if you will.......which gets the 
money from the nutjobs, then goes about garnering the support of the 
majority. That sounds like a difficult balancing act though.
