Dana, We implement folder redirection for three of the four configurable user profile folders (all except the Start Menu) as part of our domain's Group Policy Object, and it really helps prevent massively long logon times for our roaming profiles -- especially when there are a lot of files in a user's My Documents folder. I haven't seen any gotchas yet.
