Suppose you find a handbag. It contains a small sum of money, a few pens, and ID for a person you know by face and see every two or three day, though you do not know where they live. It also contains a couple of prescription bottles containing pills, whicj, according to the label, are controlled substances. What if any are your legal and/or moral responsibilities?
