Fact: Bush appointed Michael Brown as head of FEMA, possibly the single most damaging instance of incomptence by a crony since the Head of Supply for the Union Army shipped tainted meat to the troops. Fact: The Hurricane hit on Monday morning. Bush continued his vacation for 2 more days, and several of his key staff are STILL on vacation. Fact: Bush, Rumsfeld, Chertoff and Brown all were willing to go on television and glad-hand each other over all the stuff they did right. If they are going to claim credit for what when right, then they have to accept responsibility for what went wrong. Again, it's not about blame, it's about responsibility. And I am much more concerned about why than about who. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Get the mailserver that powers this list at http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=17 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:173756 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
