In some countries they have a provision for something like that. If
enough people respond in a like manner (ie., no confidence in any of
the candidates), they are required to have a new election 6 weeks
later with an entirely new slate of candidates.

Of course given the current crop of extremists, presure group reps
etc., that run and vote in primaries, we'd be in a continual 6 week
election mode.
