Yeah I agree. It's good that he's taking responsibility, and it's better than his normal deny-the-obvious-promote-the-incompetent strategy, but it raises 2 questions: 1.) Why didn't express as much outrage as the rest of us then? Why did he pat Brownie on the back and compliment him? Is he just realizing now that there were problems? 2.) If he did realize then, why didn't he take responsibility in action immediately? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Find out how CFTicket can increase your company's customer support efficiency by 100% http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=49 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:173966 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
