Why were the synagogues destroyed again?

What was the motive for the destruction of these churches?
You are claiming it is just a civil engineering task.
Then why weren't there civil engineers on hand? What are the plans for
that space? What is going up in their place? Were the foundations
useful for another purpose? What about the power and water
infrastructure. Were the buildings brought down in the safest way
possible? Where is the rubble being moved to? They must need to clear
that land immediately, as proven by the fact this was the absolute
first act taken, so what are the plans for remediating the sites?

Nope. I think you have this one wrong.

These buildings were destroyed because the people that destroyed them
hate the Jews, and wanted to destroy the symbol of that hate.

As Michael said, the hate was not focused at Isreal, but at the Jewish religion.
