The two suggestions I've found on Google that look reasonable have
been Knoppix (a breed of *nix) which can be loaded from a CD (i.e. so
you don't have to dual boot your machine), and which uses the same
engine under Safari, minus font-rendering variations (which aren't
liable to be a real issue if you're talking about layout + script
debugging... unless you're an insane perfectionist). And PearPC
(http://www.pearpc.net) which will allow you to run OSX on your wintel
machine although I did read that it's slow and you'd need an ISO of
OSX.

(How did we get the term ISO anyway? Acronymfinder doesn't even seem
to know what it means.)

We're dealing with a Safari issue ourselves... they claim they're
using brand new Macs with Safari 2.0 but it sounds like they're
running into it not supporting .innerHTML which was added in 1.3...
And this from an application which has always been advertised as
Win/IE only... Not that I'm advocating that position, I'm just saying,
the app has always been built and marketed that way and every client
(including these who are now pissed off about problems using Safari)
have been told up-front that it was a Win/IE app.
