Well the thing is that it shouldn't be a choice of either-or. With decent 
source control support, it shouldn't matter what tool a developer chooses to 
use. In our environment we have a mix of people working on a site: app 
developers (cf studio/whatever), HTML editors (DW), UI designers 
(DW/TopStylePro), and content contributors (Contribute). It would be nice if 
they could play together better than they do.
