It's funny, I had to move the framework site to a new server recently,
and I haven't been able to get the forum reinstalled there yet (I'm
waiting on a copy of SQL Server). Though I expected once the DNS
propogated after a few hours that the errors from the old server would
go away, but they haven't. I get 2 subscribers from bloglines and 2
subscribers from newsgator frequently ... which sucks, 'cause I know
these are folks who've been interested in the framework and are now
displaced by not receiving the RSS feed for the forum... but it's
strange to me that the error I get is still from the old server and
not from the new one after the DNS change. Does this mean bloglines
and newsgator are using the ip address? Did I do something wrong on my
end to cause that? I'm not as concerned about the fact that msnbot or
googlebot continue to hammer the old site in vain attempts to reindex
on the ip address.
