Although the copy I saw sitting on a coworker's desk labelled the individual cells differently... the one with the barcolounger is labelled "What the business consultant described"... I'd have probably said "sales person". The tree stump was labelled "how it was supported" which seems more appropriate to me than maintained. The one just before the roalercoaster for billing didn't make much sense to me on the other copy either -- it was labelled "what process installed" -- I'm guessing "process" is a corp. department. I do think it's rather funny that the shadow of the tree (and swing) is still there under documentation although the tree is missing -- though the shadow could be construed as belonging to a cloud.
