Hey who is in charge of the accounting for these billions? cos i heard on the radio about how the money was mismanaged (STOLEN in my view!) during the last hurricane disaster in florida or sumpin, like money going to someone's cousin or uncle or whatever. And does anyone go to jail for mismanaging?
