If it turns on the radio and you tell it to go off, more often than not it does. We put up something that kept it quiet for a few year, but they came down and we never really repeated the process. The concern now is for the other guy.

What you've described sounds like a straigtforward haunting. people, sounds, one spot, etc. We've had hauntings in the past (loooong family history), but this was different. Hauntings don't follow you around. On the other hand, I did try some things I really was not supposed to in college and this may be the result but I'm not sure.
