Sucks sucks sucks!  Did I mention Sprint CS sucks?

I just dealt with them today.  Been waiting for a rebate since May on 
our phones, they keep losing paperwork, nobody knows what the hell they 
are doing, I've submitted a rebate request 4 times now, and finally 
today they "said" that they were sending a check within 10 weeks!

I've many other horror stories, I've been with them for 7-8 years now. 
BUT - is there any other company out there that is any better?  I doubt 
it.  Good CS has gone the way of the pop-top, Umbro shorts, and the 
49ers actually being a good team, IMO.

Oh yea, trying to  get someone who you actually can understand on the 
phone is fun too.  I really need to learn Spanish.  :)
