I don't really like all-inclusives anymore or anything where I'm competing for resources, it's not relaxing to me. BTW - Forgot to mention El Margahrita restaurant in Belize, a 2 minute walk from the CV through a bird sanctuary. It's the height of romance: one wall on the patio is adobe but is has water constantly flowing over it and there's a small group of minstrels that wander around unobtrusively playing Buena Vista Social Club type music. It's awesome. Next door there a mexican restaurant that has the world's largest margaritas. They are big. And a ways away there a chinese food restaurant (no kidding!) that has the BEST key lime pie I've ever had.
