honestly, something like GotTickets has a HUGE market potential... I
mean a site with just minor market-share (small venues in multiple
cities) you're looking at a potential buyout from TicketBastard or
something like Fandango (if you go the independent movie house route),
no?

think in terms of what _could_ be done with a site with a name like
GotTickets; sports, concerts, civic events, what-have-you...

then base your counter offer on that.

I wouldn't take the 1.5K... go for some gusto!
