Here's my contribution to the friday joke

A woman was laying in bed trying to go to sleep, but her conscience
was bothering her.
Her conscience said "It's not right to be cheating on your husband"

She replied back, "I'm a young, good looking woman who has needs, and
if my husband won't fill those needs, I have to take care of them.
Even a perfect woman would cheat in my circumstances"

Her conscience countered, "Maybe, but it's also immoral to have sex
with your patients"

She replied, "Julie has sex with her patients and everyone seems happy
with the situation"

Her conscience remained quiet, and soon she started to fall asleep.
Just then, her conscience whispered, "Yes, but Julie's not a vet".
