sometimes your choices are bitch or sucker. In that case I'll take bitch. That's what a computer repair place called me after I took the box he built for me back for the eighth time because it still wasn't working. My position was that for two thousand dollars it should be working. He still wasn't taking me seriously until I started telling customers that they did not want to buy there. Then he agree to do the repair as long as I never came to his store again. I told him he had a deal ;) I build my own anymore anyway.
