I can't concentrate on that stuff at bedtime. For study I need quiet and someplace that I am not supposed to be cleaning. On the other hand, I read before falling asleep every night and find it hard ot fall asleep without doing so. As for time, well, I just take it out of the time when everyone else is watching television.
